Sampa has been implementing the requirements of IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, based on ISO 9001 Quality Management System, for many years. We apply the product realisation processes by taking into account customer requirements and the service concept in line with this system while focusing on customer satisfaction. We also implement processes including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA, and G8D, which help us in problem solving and elimination of root cause.
Each structure is questioned on the basis of improvement through regular audits conducted by independent auditing companies including United Registrar of Systems Ltd. and TÜV Austria Gert GMBH each year and we sustain our internationally recognized Quality Management Systems with great success.
