Sampa is proud to integrate 9 quality systems to ensure the best production methodology, always delivering the best products in the market.
Sampa has been implementing the requirements of IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, based on ISO 9001 Quality Management System, for many years. We apply the product realisation processes by taking into account customer requirements and the service concept in line with this system while focusing on customer satisfaction. We also implement processes including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA, and G8D, which help us in problem solving and elimination of root cause.
Each structure is questioned on the basis of improvement through regular audits conducted by independent auditing companies including United Registrar of Systems Ltd. and TÜV Austria Gert GMBH each year and we sustain our internationally recognized Quality Management Systems with great success.
We hereby undertake to comply with the requirements of our Quality Management Systems and the standards to which they are bound in all our activities in line with our mission and vision.
We will define the objectives required to monitor the effectiveness of our organizational activities in the continuous improvement cycle and measuring their performances.
In order to prioritize the quality approach in our company, we will provide the necessary support in both internal and external relations, to share information and to develop a strong interactive communication network.
In order to achieve our objectives, we will act as a single unit with common sense and determination, and our Board of Directors will support the sustainability and continuous development of all activities of the organization in this process.

Our QMSs are tailored to the needs of Sampa and the offerings we provide, but the IATF 16949 standard provides a set of guidelines to help make sure that we do not miss any crucial elements that a QMS needs to be successful. IATF 16949:2016 brings together standards from across Europe and the U.S., outlining everything on achieving best practice when designing, developing, manufacturing, installing, or servicing automotive products. As an international standard, it is recognized as the basis for creating a system to ensure customer satisfaction and improvement.

Customer Satisfaction Management System
Ensures systematic problem solving
Guaranties customer satisfaction
Provides strong auditable system
We handle, analyse and review complaints on a product, group and seasonal basis and use this data to improve the product and customer service quality. By creating a customer focused environment that is open to feedback, we are able to resolve any complaints, and enhance the organisation’s ability to improve our product and customer service. Our complaint management system is auditable, and auditing of the complaints-handling process gives accuracy of the system's compliance. ISO 10002 is used in conjunction with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

ISO 45001 is a system that provides us the structured framework necessary to demonstrate compliancy as well as develop cost effective and efficient operations. ISO 45001 is a set of voluntary guidelines for establishing a systematic process of health and safety management. The underlying principle of ISO 45001 is that it is a continual improvement process encompassing four steps: Plan, Do, Check, Act.
Environmental Management System
Minimizes environmental impact
Diminishes the risk of pollution incidents
Provide operational improvements
Saves material through more complete product input processing, substitution, and recycling of by-products and waste
Reduces costs for emissions, discharges, waste handling, transport and disposal
Compliance with individual country's environmental regulations
Demonstrates our commitment to improving the environment and a future-focused approach
Having a well-defined Environmental Management System (EMS) framework provides us with a systematic approach to compliance. This system is a tool which enables us to achieve and systematically control our level of environmental performance. The EMS triggers procedural and technological changes that can reduce production costs. The requirement for continuous improvement in environmental impacts drives more productive use of all inputs, including raw materials, energy and labour. Reducing pollution means improved productivity and more efficient use of resources.
Systems for the Supply Chain
Ensures integrated enterprise resilience
Systematized management practices
Aligned terminology and conceptual usage
Improved supply chain performance

We trust our effective supply chains to maintain a competitive edge, on the lookout for breaks or security problems that may arise in the rings of the supply chain adversely affect our organisation. So, it is of utmost importance for us to correctly identify and manage the risks associated with our supply chain. ISO28001 is an international standard, that defines the requirements of an ideal chain security management system that ensures effective management throughout the supply chain.
