Sampa was awarded among the Top 10 companies that have worked with total commitment to increase the percentage of female staff in the workplace. The event was organised by several prestigious organisations, including Turkey's Entrepreneurial Women's Power Competition, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the Women Entrepreneurs Board, and the Turkish Economic Policy Research Foundation.
